Does this module include 4 lamps or just one? Asked by Dmitry K. On Jan 10, 2020

The quad lamp or four pack of lamps for the Panasonic PT-D10000 projector does include four lamps. The four lamps are made to fit into numerous Panasonic projectors or other Panasonic Quad Lamps projectors.

Question Answered

Will the lamp hour counter reset when I replace the lamp? Will the brightness be the same as when the projector was new? Asked by Brad H. On Jan 11, 2020

No, not all Panasonic projectors will reset the lamp hour counter or timer when you replace the lamp. You may have to manually press the Menu button on your remote or the projector. Then select the "Option" from the menu and go to "Lamp Runtime" subcategory. This will tell you how many lamp hours the bulb has logged. After which, press and hold the Enter button for three seconds to bring up the "Reset Lamp Runtime" screen. Then select "OK" and turn of your projector to reset the timer. Turn your projector back on to check if the timer is reset to zero. When you replace the bulb, the brightness or Lumens will the same as when the projector was new as it is the same bulb and the lamp hour timer has been reset.
