How do I replace the lamp on my Epson H799B projector? I cannot find an online instruction manual and the replacement I bought from you does not come with instructions. Asked by Richard W. On Nov 04, 2023

If you want to replace a lamp and module for your Epson H799B projector lamp, then follow these steps to replace the lamp and module. First, make sure the projector is unplugged and is sitting on a flat surface. Second, loosen the screw holding the projector lamp module cover in place and remove the panel. Next, unplug the old projector lamp and remove it from the projector. Then plug the new projector lamp securely into place. Lastly, attach the panel back onto the projector and tighten the screw. If you are referring to replacing just a lamp or a bare bulb for your Epson H799B projector lamp , then here are the instructions. To install a bare projector bulb, follow steps 1-2 above. First, remove the retaining clip holding the old lamp in place. Then unscrew the wires connected to the bare projector bulb. Next, replace the old lamp with the brand new replacement bulb and fasten the clip Lastly, tighten the screws.
